These Terms govern your use of the MAGNO Junk Removal LLC ("MAGNO") website and services. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

MAGNO provides junk removal, hauling, and related services in Davenport, Polk County, and surrounding areas of Central Florida. Services and availability may vary by location.

Quotes and pricing

• We price by volume — the space your items take in our truck.
• Any estimate given by phone, text, or online is preliminary. The final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins, and you approve it before we start.
• The price you approve includes labor, hauling, and standard disposal unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service.

Scheduling, access, and cancellation

• You are responsible for arranging safe access to the items and property (including gate codes or building access where applicable).
• Same-day service is offered when you call before noon, subject to availability.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

Items we do not accept

For safety and legal reasons, we do not haul hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos, or biohazard waste. We also do not handle concrete, brick, block, heavy masonry, or heavy machinery. We focus on light-to-medium loads. If you're unsure about an item, contact us first.

Property and liability

• MAGNO carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Our crew uses reasonable care when removing items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage arising from conditions outside our reasonable control (for example, tight spaces, unstable structures, or items you ask us to move against our advice).
• You confirm you are the owner of the items, or are authorized to have them removed.

Photos

We may take before/after photos to document completed work for our records and quality assurance. We will not publish photos that identify your property publicly without your consent.

Circular Credit

The Circular Credit is a residential courtesy: when items in your load can be donated, resold, or recycled, we may apply up to $25 off that removal. It is limited to one credit per job, is determined on-site by our crew, and is a discretionary bonus — not a guarantee, and not a purchase of your items. It does not apply to Priority or commercial accounts.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAGNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
